The RSL is an active part of the Port Pirie community. Port Pirie is an important industrial, residential, agricultural and tourist region of South Australia. The city is 200 kilometres north of Adelaide on National Highway One, located on the shore of Spencer Gulf and flanked by the lower Flinders Ranges. The Military Museum is well worth visiting. In 2014 The Port Pirie RSL added a Huey Museum. This Museum displays a Vietnam era Huey (Iroquois) Helicopter. You can touch it feel it and sit in our Huey.
